How we handle your information.

What We Collect

When you place an order, sign up, or contact us, we collect: your name, email address, delivery address, and phone number. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google.

How We Use It

We use your information to:

• Process and deliver your produce orders
• Contact you about your order via WhatsApp, email, or phone
• Notify you when the next season's harvest is ready (only if you opt in)
• Improve our products and service based on what people actually want

What We Don't Do

• We don't sell your information to anyone
• We don't share your details with third parties (except delivery partners, who only get what they need to deliver)
• We don't send marketing emails unless you sign up for them

Data Storage

Your account information is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon (a managed service). Payments are processed via UPI directly between you and us — we do not store payment card details.

When you place an order, we also send a copy of the order details (items, total, delivery address, phone, any coupon used) to an internal address we control. This is an off-platform audit trail used only to reconcile payments and recover the record if the database is ever lost. It is not shared with anyone else.

Your Rights

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (so you stay signed in) and to remember your cart contents. We do not use tracking cookies, ad cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
