Who We Are

Magnolia Orchards is a farm-to-consumer business operating from Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. This site (magnoliaorchards.com) is owned and operated by us.

Ordering

You place an order by adding items to your cart and submitting it on this site. We confirm availability and share UPI details for payment by email. The order is binding once payment is received.

Pricing & Payments

All prices on the site include applicable taxes. Payments are accepted via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.) or bank transfer. We do not currently accept credit cards or cash on delivery.

Delivery

We deliver to Bengaluru and Kolhapur (other cities on request). Delivery timelines are 1–3 days depending on location. We'll confirm the expected delivery date by email when your order is packed.

Quality Promise

Our produce is hand-picked, naturally ripened, and packed at the farm. We do not use calcium carbide or any chemical ripening agents. If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, we'll replace it or refund — see Refunds below.

Refunds & Returns

Because fresh produce is perishable, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. But we do guarantee quality:

• Damaged or spoiled on arrival: send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We'll replace the order or refund the full amount.
• Wrong order delivered: we'll send the correct order at no extra cost.
• Cancelled before shipping: full refund within 3 business days.
• Delivery delay over 48 hours past promised date: partial refund or discount on next order.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any single order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., personal preference, ripeness expectations beyond what nature provides).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified via email if you have an account. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
