Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our promise

Fresh produce is perishable. We're strict about quality at the farm — every box is hand-graded before it leaves Kolhapur. But sometimes transit gets the better of even the best fruit. When that happens, we make it right.

Damaged or spoiled on arrival

Send us a clear photo on WhatsApp ( +91 80874 11046 ) within 24 hours of delivery. Include the order number, a picture of the box contents, and a quick note on what went wrong. We'll choose between:

  • Replacement — fresh box shipped on the next available dispatch
  • Refund — full amount returned to your UPI / bank account within 3 business days
  • Credit — discount on your next order, applied at checkout

After 24 hours we can't verify whether the issue happened in transit or post-delivery, so the 24-hour window is firm.

Wrong order delivered

If you received the wrong variety, wrong quantity, or someone else's order, message us within 48 hours. We'll dispatch the correct order at no extra cost. You can keep the mistaken order or return it — your choice.

Cancellation before dispatch

Cancel any order before it's packed for dispatch. Full refund within 3 business days. Email us or message us on WhatsApp with your order number — there's no cancellation fee.

Once a box is packed and handed to the courier, we can't cancel — fresh fruit can't be returned to inventory. In that case the regular damaged / wrong-order rules apply if anything goes wrong in transit.

Delivery delays

If your order is delayed more than 48 hours past the promised delivery date, message us. Depending on the situation we'll offer a partial refund, free re-delivery, or a discount on your next order.

What we can't refund

We don't accept change-of-mind returns. Fresh fruit can't be reused or resold once delivered, and accepting them back would mean we'd be shipping potentially compromised produce to the next customer. Examples of what doesn't qualify:

  • Produce that arrived fresh but you no longer want it
  • Personal taste preferences (sweeter / less ripe / firmer than expected)
  • Ripening speed — naturally ripened produce continues to ripen at room temperature; we ship it ready to ripen, not pre-ripened
  • Issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery

How refunds are processed

Refunds go back to the original payment method:

  • UPI / bank transfer: 1–3 business days
  • Store credit: applied to your account instantly

If you don't see the refund within 5 business days, message us with your transaction reference and we'll trace it.

How to request a refund

The fastest path is WhatsApp. Send a message to +91 80874 11046 with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo (for damage / wrong order claims)
  • What outcome you'd prefer — replacement, refund, or credit

Unresolved complaints

If you're not happy with how we've handled your refund request, escalate to our grievance officer (see the Contact page). We aim to resolve every complaint within 30 days, as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
